Measure 37 Claim to Build a Mine and Homes in the Newberry Crater National Monument In 1992, Congress designated the Newberry Crater a national monument. By definition, a national monument can include private property, but is managed by federal agencies to insure proper protection of the area. On June 1, 2006, James Miller filed a Measure 37 claim for $203 million in compensation for restrictions on development in the Newberry Crater.

So thats the reason to vote for M49. Because only 80% of the M37 claims will get developed? Your still losing alot of farm land and developing in a way that ensures future sprawl.
If M37 was a bad idea how is M49 a good one?
Your logic doesn’t make sense. M37 isn’t being “fixed” as liberals say by M49. Its being complicted even further.
